PRSB to join in the conversation at HETT Show 2022

The PRSB is delighted to have representatives participating in several panel sessions at this year’s HETT Show, taking place on 27 and 28 September, at London’s ExCeL Centre.

Speaking on the first day in the Equipped, Enabled and Empowered: Can Personal Health Technology Foster Long-Term Patient Engagement? session will be the secondary care professional lead for our recently published diabetes standard, Dr Iain Cranston, Consultant Diabetologist at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust.

Later, our Technical Non-executive Director, Charlie McCay, will be joining peers to discuss Delivering Industry Standard Data Architecture and Infrastructure for the NHS, which will consider the conflict of interest between supplier strategy and what the system needs to function.

And on day two, PRSB Chair, Professor Maureen Baker CBE will be participating on a panel entitled How Has Patient Safety Evolved in the Digital Era? which considers the emerging patient safety challenges with the rapid rise of digital transformation.

Meanwhile, delegates will be able to meet with the rest of the PRSB team in attendance by visiting us at Stand G42 in the exhibition hall.

The HETT Show will include five theatres: Culture & Implementation, Digital Maturity Forum, Digitally Empowered Patients, Integration & Interoperability, and its latest addition, Infrastructure & Data Architecture.

The agenda for the event is varied and wide-ranging and will explore the systems and infrastructure that underpin and enable a data-driven NHS, supporting the system to deliver patient outcomes through the meaningful implementation of technology.

It’s free to attend and you can register today.
