Inselcare joins the PRSB Standards Partnership Scheme
Inselcare, the company behind an innovative nursing home management system, has become the latest organisation to join PRSB’s Standards Partnership Scheme.
Inselcare developed the technology platform with the mission to help nursing home staff manage and monitor care, from point of care to medication to housekeeping to kitchen management, to financial and quality management. Given the extensive range of functions on offer in their system, it was critical to Inselcare that they kept the platform’s design simple and intuitive. Users simply tap and type new entries, making it easy to update and review resident information.
Discussing their enrolment on to the scheme, Sales Director at Inselcare, Gregg Behan, said: “We are delighted to join PRSB and share our deep commitment to ensuring health and social care records standards are instilled across our care solutions, to provide real-time residents monitoring, care planning and decision-making more effectively and efficiently.”
“We are looking forward to working closely with PRSB in implementing standards and interoperability capabilities to manage the complex challenges of long-term resident care.”
PRSB CEO, Lorraine Foley commented: “PRSB has long known the importance of engaging with social care to accelerate the digital transformation in the sector. Our standards are developed specifically for the needs of social care settings and we share Inselcare’s aim of wanting to improve workflows and patient safety in care homes by using digital tools. We look forward to working with them to achieve this worthy aim.”
