Improving end of life care

PRSB is developing standards for end of life care to improve the sharing of information between health and social care.

Good end of life care is a vital part of wellbeing, helping people and their families to feel more in control of their own wishes. People want to feel involved in the decision making around their care and have faith that this information will be transferred correctly.

The survey

PRSB has produced a survey on the information needed to support urgent, palliative and end of life care and we want to hear from people who have personal or professional experience of this kind of care or an interest in it.

The feedback we receive will help ensure that NHS care staff and social care services have the right information to hand to provide high quality urgent, palliative and end of life care and that it can be viewed on digital devices like laptops and tablets in health and care settings.

The survey closes at 5pm, Friday 30 July and should take around 15 minutes to complete.
