OnePlan joins the PRSB’s Partnership Scheme to access expert guidance and support to navigate standards in health and care

Compliance with information record standards is a must for system suppliers that want to help improve the efficiency of a professional’s workflow and people’s lives with their technological solutions. OnePlan, a software supplier helping revolutionise domiciliary care services, understands this and has joined the PRSB as a partner to deliver on its goal.

Right now, OnePlan is focused on becoming compliant with regulations and information record standards to ensure that their solution responds to care professionals’ needs and supports them in providing excellent care.

Standards and interoperability are the backbone of OnePlan’s operations as they enable seamless communication and data exchange within the care sector, driving efficiency and enhancing care quality. Our new Partner believes that the Standards Partnership Scheme will provide them vital insights, resources, and support in adopting information standards.

OnePlan is currently exploring conformance assessments against specific PRSB standards, with the ‘About Me’ Standard, the first one to start their conformance journey.

Sue Newsome, CEO at OnePlan, said: “Teaming up with the PRSB marks a game-changing moment for OnePlan and our cherished customers. We’re now armed and ready to tackle the ever-shifting landscape of our industry, ensuring unwavering compliance, top-notch quality, and a new level of excellence in care. This partnership is a bold statement of our commitment to empower care providers and elevate the lives they touch.”

Lorraine Foley, CEO at PRSB, said: “Information record standards are fundamental to accelerating the progress on digitisation of care services – having system suppliers like OnePlan join our Partnership scheme brings us closer to the shift that we want to make in the sector. I appreciate their commitment to becoming compliant with our standards and our team are looking forward to providing them with bespoke support to achieve their goal.”
