Graphnet joins PRSB Standards Partnership Scheme

Graphnet, a key supplier of shared care records and population health solutions for Integrated Care Systems, has this month joined the Professional Record Standards Body’s (PRSB) Standards Partnership Scheme.

The Standards Partnership Scheme connects the PRSB with digital system software suppliers to support them to develop, adopt and implement PRSB information standards within their products for social and health care. The initiative provides the foundations for system interoperability, allowing health and care records to be accessed by the right people, in the right place, at the right time to improve care.

Graphnet intends to quickly progress to complete the conformance assessment process against one or more of the PRSB’s standards, to demonstrate its commitment to standards implementation and interoperability, evidenced by use of the PRSB Quality Partner mark.

Lorraine Foley, CEO of the PRSB, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have Graphnet join our Standards Partnership Scheme. We have been working together for several years and their enrolment, along with their aim of shortly seeking conformance confirms their commitment to the development of information standards and to the organisations who use their software. We look forward to continuing to work with Graphnet over the coming years.”

Brian Waters, Chief Executive at Graphnet commented, “As a long-time supporter of the PRSB’s work, we have been involved in consultations on standards being developed and so joining the Standards Partnership Scheme is a natural progression for our long-standing relationship. We are looking forward to further supporting the adoption and implementation of standards in health and social care and being part of the movement towards interoperability, better information and safer care.”
