CareLiveLive joins the PRSB Partnership Scheme to be at the forefront of the drive for interoperability
CareLineLive, a supplier of a cloud-based all-in-one homecare management software, has joined us as a Partner as they are looking to accelerate interoperability to empower health and care professionals in providing personalised care.
The team at CareLineLive see the scheme as pivotal in the adoption and the implementation of information standards in health and care. They are aware of how the lack of interoperability impacts their stakeholders and how being part of the drive for consistency in recording and sharing information is key for their customers and people using their services.
Our new partner has a clear understanding of the current challenges of software integration within health and social care, which directly impacts people’s experience when accessing services, and this is why PRSB’s standards and interoperability are critical for continuity of care and for sharing best practice.
CareLineLive recently achieved NHS assurance to become a Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) assured solution, which means they are represented on the buying catalogue for social care, and alongside their intent to be assessed against the PRSB About Me standard, puts them at the fore of delivering a person-centred and interoperable solution.
Josh Hough, Managing Director at CareLineLive, said: “We have worked tirelessly to ensure that we capture person-centred information on our software system, and it was a natural progression to be drawn to the PRSB, its drive for interoperability and the benefits of standards, such as the About Me Standard. It is a ground-breaking standard that will be embraced by people using services and professionals alike. The scheme will see CareLineLive pressing ahead to be at the forefront of the drive for interoperability, something that we have pursued for some time.”
Lorraine Foley, CEO at PRSB, said: “I am pleased to welcome CareLineLive as our Partner. Conformance assessment against our standards is the foundation which will help them achieve their goals of efficiency, productivity, capacity and compliance of their services. We at PRSB look forward to working with them as they set out to realise their mission.”
Once CareLineLive has been assessed for conformance with PRSB’s About Me Standard, they will move onto conformance against the Personalised Care and Support Plan Standard, which shows their commitment to ensuring the data collected within their system is even more person-centred and will have the ability to share a person’s information with conformant health systems too, joining up health and care.
