Workshop Cycle Variation 1
This variation of the model is primarily designed to start with the Transformation Team from a single ICS, iterate through a sense testing and intelligence gathering phase with frontline clinicians and other point-of-care stakeholders. Eventually culminating in the creation of a community of practice across multiple ICSs whereby knowledge, experience, and approaches can be shared through ongoing peer learning.
Each phase reaches fresh audiences.
During our work on the PCSP Standard Implementation project we have observed a significant and detrimental gap between the strategic assumptions of transformation specialist/ strategists and the lived experience of point-of-care stakeholders. Bridging the gap is fundamentally important to successful implementation of the PCSP standard and the resulting improvements in care plans/care planning.
