Child health events survey - online now
PRSB is supporting NHS England's Digital Child Health Strategy through its work to develop a digital community child health record. Following a series of workshops, the PRSB is now conducting a survey for the final stage of the project and it is available online.
Working with NHS Digital, the PRSB is developing the information sharing requirements for the community child health record as part of the NHS England Digital Child Health Strategy. This will mean that birth details, immunisation records and the outcome of developmental reviews will be shared electronically with health care professionals and will also be available to parents/carers through the personal electronic child health record (known as the e-red book). It will help ensure that every child receives the health and care support that they need as key clinical information will be available online where and when it is needed.
The online survey is seeking the views of parents and carers, health and care professionals and industry on the information content of the child health record to ensure that all data items are meaningful, relevant, complete and feasible to record in clinical information systems.
Please click on the following link to access the online survey.
Your views are very important to us and will help ensure that the project's intended outcomes and recommendations are practical and fit for purpose.
The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete and will close at 5pm on 21 August 2017.
